Just North West of Bathurst and College. This former warehouse was converted to 2 and 3 storey townhouse lofts with ceilings of up to 11 ft. The units included wood beams, authentic hardwood floors and exposed brick. Most of the units have a large outdoor area but there is no amenities for this building. Clinton Lofts is close to Little Italy and the TTC.
