Located at Queen and River. Very Close to DVP/404. The Corktown Lofts was developed by Plazacorp and was completed in 1997. The building consists of eight hard loft units. The Suites are around 1,400 square-foot lofts but the maintenance fees in the building are high, even with no amenities.
