Located at Queen and Mutual St. This loft conversion was originally built in 1876 and is named after the builder.In 1999, it was converted into 3 hard lofts, each has its own floor. The building includes indoor parking and  very large windows.The loft suites have nice open layouts, though the maintenance fees are very high. Each unit even has its own elevator.
